As a Business Analyst in the EES team, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand trading workflows and requirements
- Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Work closely with developers to convert business needs into technical specifications
- Analyse trading data, system performance, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Support the development and enhancement of trading platforms and applications
- Participate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Assist in system implementation, upgrades, and post-deployment support
