As a Data Analyst at GACS, you will play a critical role in driving insights from marketing and campaign data. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and the US, making strong communication and time-zone adaptability essential. This role goes beyond reporting—it focuses on automation, performance diagnostics, and strategic decision-making.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Data Analysis & Insights

  • Perform deep analysis of campaign data to identify performance drivers

  • Detect trends, anomalies, and outliers in key marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and volume

  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations

  • Support the development of measurement frameworks for marketing attribution

2. Automation & Reporting Development

  • Configure and manage tracking systems using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Build automated reporting solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, and Apps Script

  • Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Improve reporting efficiency by minimizing manual processes

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Data Quality

  • Partner with technical and account management teams across global locations

  • Convert business questions into structured analytical tasks

  • Ensure data accuracy through continuous data quality checks (DQA)

  • Present insights through compelling data storytelling and visualizations

🎯 Required Qualifications

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in data analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence

🛠 Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, modelling, automation)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Familiarity with automation tools like Apps Script, Supermetrics, or Syncwith
