🔹 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Expleo Group, you will act as a strategic interface between business stakeholders and technology teams. Your core responsibilities will include:

1️⃣ Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and project goals.

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements with precision.

  • Prepare detailed BRD and FSD documents aligned with the project scope.

  • Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.

2️⃣ Functional Analysis & Solution Design

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed technical solutions.

  • Validate functional requirements against business expectations.

3️⃣ Lending Domain Expertise (LOS & LMS)

  • Work on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).

  • Support lending lifecycle processes, including application intake, underwriting, disbursement, and servicing.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices within lending workflows.

4️⃣ Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.

  • Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and review sessions.

  • Provide regular updates on documentation and solution alignment.

5️⃣ Documentation & Project Lifecycle Support

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support.

  • Ensure traceability between requirements and delivered functionality.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this Business Analyst role, candidates must have:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Proven expertise in preparing BRD, FSD, and other functional documents.

  • Experience in the Lending domain (LOS & LMS systems).

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with tools such as:

    • Microsoft Visio (process mapping & flow diagrams)

    • JIRA (requirement tracking & agile workflow management)

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
