Infineon Technologies is hiring a Staff Specialist Business Analyst to join its newly established Digitalization team within the Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) Division in Bengaluru.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape future-ready business processes, drive digital innovation in semiconductor engineering, and collaborate with global headquarters and engineering teams. As one of the first members of this new digital transformation unit in India, you will influence recruitment, onboarding, solution architecture, and enterprise-wide digital strategy.

Role Overview

As a Staff Specialist Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing future-state business processes enhanced by digital and AI-driven solutions. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that digital use cases align with organisational goals, customer requirements, and long-term business architecture.

This position requires strong analytical expertise, exposure to the semiconductor domain, and hands-on experience in agile digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis & Architecture

  • Analyse current business processes within semiconductor engineering and operations.

  • Design optimized future-state processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Derive actionable business requirements aligned with enterprise architecture.

  • Translate customer needs into scalable digital and AI-driven solutions.

2. Project & Digitalization Use Case Management

  • Drive the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high-quality standards.

  • Manage dependencies across cross-functional and global teams.

  • Apply agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

3. Solution Ownership & Roadmapping

  • Own digital solutions within semiconductor engineering domains.

  • Define application roadmaps in partnership with domain experts and headquarters.

  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical implementation.

4. Governance & Change Management

  • Sustain and monitor deployed processes and applications.

  • Lead training sessions and change enablement programs.

  • Drive user adoption and process compliance.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and management.

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to sponsors and leadership.

  • Build strong relationships across departments.

6. Customer-Centric Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.

  • Recommend AI-powered and digital enhancements that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively contribute to sustainable and profitable growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or corporate digital transformation roles.

  • Foundational understanding of semiconductor engineering processes and operations.

  • Strong capability in evaluating business requirements and conceptualizing digital/AI solutions.

  • Experience managing requirements for Data Engineering and Software Engineering projects.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

  • Mandatory expertise in mock-up development using tools like Figma.

  • Added advantage: Data visualization (e.g., Tableau) and rapid prototyping using Low-Code platforms such as OutSystems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
