Role Overview: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Traya Health, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse large datasets, build dashboards, and communicate insights that directly impact business growth and customer outcomes.

This is a work-from-office role in Malad, Mumbai, ideal for professionals who enjoy collaboration in a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Seaborn.

  • Clean, transform, and analyse large datasets for accuracy and consistency

  • Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across customer, marketing, and operational data

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with stakeholders across business, product, and operations teams.

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Deliver insights that align with stakeholder expectations and strategic goals

3. Communication & Presentation

  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, structured manner.

  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and data visualizations

4. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Apply strong reasoning skills to solve complex analytical problems.

  • Recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.

  • Continuously optimize reporting processes and analytical workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

  • Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Seaborn

  • Ability to analyse large datasets and perform complex data analysis
