We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer – AI/ML Engineer (Python) to join our Bengaluru team and contribute to building enterprise-grade, production-ready AI solutions at scale.

🧠 About the Role

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be part of a high-impact engineering team working on cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI and machine learning systems that power real-world enterprise applications. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on Python expertise, and a deep understanding of machine learning and distributed systems.

You will:

• Apply scientific and engineering methods to analyze and solve complex software and AI problems.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI solutions.

• Build end-to-end AI systems in enterprise-scale environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, cloud architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Exercise original thought and judgment in solving real-world challenges.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Contribute to best practices in software engineering, MLOps, and Responsible AI.

• Continuously enhance your skills to meet and exceed professional engineering standards.

This role sits within the Software Engineering domain, encompassing the full lifecycle of software and AI solutions—from research and design to development, deployment, and maintenance.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Tech / M.Tech, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• 6–9 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade AI solutions.

• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale, end-to-end AI systems.

• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.

• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.

• Familiarity with generative AI technologies such as GANs and their applications.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based and distributed system architectures.

• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation.

Optional but valuable:

• Proficiency in Databricks, Azure Stack, and core Azure services.

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI and large language model (LLM)–based solutions.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and CI/CD pipelines for ML.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized AI workloads.

• Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.

• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.
