Role Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring discovery and design initiatives are grounded in operational reality and supported by data. You will analyse business workflows, validate qualitative insights with quantitative evidence, and help shape opportunity frameworks that are credible, scalable, and decision-ready.

You will work closely with design teams, stakeholders, and data partners, acting as a bridge between business needs, operational insights, and user-centric design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support business discovery and analysis initiatives across complex enterprise workflows.

  • Analyse current-state and future-state processes using process modelling and workflow documentation techniques.

  • Partner closely with UI/UX, Service Design, and CX teams to translate qualitative insights into actionable requirements

  • Validate assumptions and design opportunities using data analysis and quantitative evidence.

  • Develop clear, structured documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and opportunity assessments.

  • Connect operational data with qualitative findings to support opportunity sizing and prioritization

  • Support stakeholders with data-driven storytelling to enable confident decision-making.

  • Contribute to efficiency, transformation, or discovery programs within enterprise or consulting environments.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Operations, or Transformation Consulting

  • Strong expertise in business analysis and analytical problem-solving

  • Proven experience in process modelling, workflow documentation, and operational analysis

  • Hands-on experience working with design teams (UI/UX, Service Design, CX)

  • Ability to connect qualitative insights with operational and business data

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in efficiency improvement, digital transformation, or discovery programs

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or process re-engineering methodologies

  • Exposure to design-led innovation frameworks

  • Experience with opportunity sizing, impact modelling, or business case development

  • Interest or experience in AI, automation opportunity assessment, and ROI modelling
