Job Overview: Data Analyst – Noida

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in converting raw data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare operations, product performance, and corporate wellness programs.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with databases and Python, and the ability to structure and visualise large datasets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and analyse data according to defined guidelines and business requirements

  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.

  • Support the data warehouse by identifying, refining, and updating reporting requirements.

  • Evaluate changes in source production systems and assess their impact on reporting.

  • Design and maintain data pipelines to enable data standardization and consistency

  • Integrate and manage multiple data sources, structuring large datasets into usable formats.

  • Define and maintain standardized schemas across datasets.

  • Visualize data using charts, graphs, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and infographics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and recommend analytical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this Data Analyst job in Noida, you should have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on large and complex datasets

  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, including scripts, procedures, indexes, schema management, and relationships

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
