Role Overview

You will support our product and operations teams by transforming raw data into clear insights. Expect hands-on work with datasets, dashboards, and reports used daily by internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Data preparation: Clean, structure, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
  • Analysis: Run recurring and ad hoc analyses to answer business questions.
  • Reporting: Build dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and trends.
  • Quality checks: Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear analysis notes, metrics definitions, and SQL query repositories.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate needs into metrics.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL (joins, window functions, aggregates)
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Basic data visualization using Tableau/Power BI/Looker/Data Studio
  • Good analytical thinking and communication
