Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Fresher) who has a keen interest in transforming raw data into meaningful insights. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about data analysis, visualisation, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business performance, automate reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our analytics team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform in-depth data exploration to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business outcomes.

  • Reporting & Visualisation: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to support business objectives through data-backed recommendations.

  • Presentation: Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights are delivered.

  • Automation & Modelling: Support data process automation and assist in building predictive or descriptive models for various business scenarios.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and SQL for data handling and queries.

    • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

    • Basic understanding of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience: Freshers or recent graduates with a passion for data analytics are encouraged to apply.
