About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Zyphra Tech, you will work closely with our Analytics and Business Intelligence team to collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data that supports strategic business decisions.

This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about learning, love solving analytical problems, and want to gain hands-on experience with modern data tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering and cleaning data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that contribute to business improvement and innovation.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Visualisation: Prepare visually compelling data visualisations and presentations for management and stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy across all analytics and reporting systems.

  • Automation: Support automation of data collection, processing, and reporting workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining internal data analysis processes and analytics methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed as a Data Analyst at Zyphra Tech, you should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts).

  • Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.

  • Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and consistency.

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
