We are seeking a Data Analyst who can turn numbers into narratives. You’ll play a pivotal role in analysing event engagement, audience behavior, and sponsorship performance to support strategic initiatives across our programs.

From Demo Nights to Leadership Awards, your insights will help us improve targeting, measure impact, and elevate the participant experience.

This is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru — ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy transforming raw data into meaningful stories.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Flexi Pitches, you will:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets related to events, participants, and engagement metrics.

  • Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

  • Track event performance across multiple programs, identifying trends in participation, sponsorships, and audience interaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and strategy, to define and measure success metrics.

  • Generate actionable insights that improve targeting, event outcomes, and overall business strategy.

  • Present reports and recommendations to leadership teams, highlighting growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Requirements and Skills

We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and curious — a problem-solver who enjoys making sense of complex data.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Ability to clean, process, and interpret diverse datasets.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills to convey findings clearly to non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience working in event analytics, community engagement, or marketing data analysis.

  • Familiarity with KPIs related to user engagement, retention, and growth metrics.
