We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing global operations team and deliver high-quality analytical and operational support to clients worldwide.
Position Overview
As a Data Analyst at Precision AQ, you will play a key role in supporting client operations, executing analytics projects, and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, operational excellence, and problem-solving ability. You will work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead to optimize data processes and deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Understand and communicate client business issues, data needs, and operating procedures.

Execute and continuously improve defined operational processes.

Identify and implement process enhancements in collaboration with the operations team.

Apply data quality checks, validations, and ensure error-free deliverables.

Translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutions.

Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery across time zones.

Test and validate new operational models and workflows.

Conduct secondary research and resolve client queries related to operational deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall project outcomes.

Document operational processes and assist in developing governance models and SOPs.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in data analysis or operations.

Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying tools; familiarity with stored procedures preferred.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience collaborating across time zones and working in fast-paced environments.

Prior exposure to analytics consulting, managed markets, or pharmaceutical analytics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or MBA/PGDM in a relevant field.

Experience in product operations, process management, or healthcare analytics.

Familiarity with US healthcare systems or managed care analytics.
