Role:  HR Intern

Location: Remote

Job Type: Internship

Duration (for interns): 3 to 6 Months

Experience Required: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience

 

🧩 Key Responsibilities

 

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

 

Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

 

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

 

Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

 

Assist in attendance, payroll, and leave management processes.

 

Work with senior HRs to ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.

 

Bring creative ideas to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

 

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or Commerce.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of HR software tools, Excel, and MS Office.

A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
