Key Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery and analysis of the current-state RFI process across compliance, business, and operations.

• Design optimized future-state RFI processes aligned with regulatory expectations and digital banking principles.

• Develop detailed process maps, swim-lanes, and SOPs using standard tools.

• Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in workflows.

• Collaborate with compliance SMEs, business owners, operations, and technology teams.

• Propose and implement automation and digital enablers for faster turnaround and improved control.

• Ensure all documentation of requirements, risks, and decisions follow project governance standards.

• Drive continuous process redesign and improvements to meet business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or consulting.

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.

• Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and creating SOPs.

• Knowledge of automation tools and digital banking enablers.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
